Returns and Refunds
At COCOA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items according to the conditions listed below.
🔄 Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without having to provide any reason, as provided for by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).
✅ Conditions for Returns
To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:
- The product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received
- It must have all original tags still attached
- It must be returned in its original packaging
- It must be accompanied by the purchase receipt or proof of purchase
📦 How to Make a Return
- Contact us via email to request a return and receive instructions
- Prepare the package with the product in the conditions indicated above
- Ship the package to our address (which we will provide via email)
- Keep the shipping receipt until the refund is complete
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
💰 Refund or Store Credit
Once the return is received and verified, you can choose between:
- Full refund of the amount paid (excluding original shipping costs) using the same payment method used for the purchase
- Store credit for the value of the order to be used for a future purchase on our shop
The refund or issuance of store credit will be processed within 7-14 business days from the receipt of the return.
🔁 Size or Color Exchanges
For size or color exchanges, we ask you to return the original product and proceed with a new order for the desired item. This allows us to better manage shipments and guarantee you faster service.
❌ Products Excluded from Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:
- Underwear and swimwear items
- Products purchased on sale or with discounts exceeding 30%
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products with removed or damaged tags
